Currently John Graham (dba) IUManagement is the legal management representative for recording artist Shawn Hlookoff. However in June of 2007 Shawn chose to unilaterally break his contract and is now in legal breach of his agreement. The contract terms extend until Spring 2010. There continues to be an ongoing claim that states this is a valid an enforceable agreement.
IU Management serves as a consulting firm to a variety of companies and individuals. The management expertise range from sales training, marketing, business plan development and direct sales. The principal of IU management has over 25 years of top-end sales, training and marketing expertise.
IU Management and John Graham is currently writing a book on the origins of the new Olympic Sport "Boarder Cross" (aka Boarder X and Boardercross). In the winter of 1991 John Graham along with filmmaker Greg Stump and producer Steven Rechshafner conceived of and executed the first Boarder Cross event on Blackcomb Mountain. The Boarder Cross concept was originally thought of by Rechshafner while Graham, who was managing Greg Stump at the time, came up with the name and the marketing concept.
Stump and crew filmed the first event in a foggy February day.
The first race featured 8 riders. Snow boarder Dan Donnelly of Ferndale WA was the very first winner. Donnely was clad in a leather jacket and WW2 German army helmet.
The sport has since moved on from these humble beginnings to become a popular Video game and will now be an official Olympic sport in the upcoming 2010 Olympics.
While Graham works on the book about the sports origins, Greg Stump works on a film chronicling the rise of Extreme sports and his key position in building the concept.
In the early 90's Stump was seen as L'enfant Terrible of the ski film industry and a legitimate contender to the Warren Miller dynasty. Today Greg resides in Jackson Hole Wyoming. John Graham and Steve Rechshafner both live in Vancouver, Canada.
